Is this a real brand or a dropshipping thing?

Real brand, real people, real mission. Every piece is made to order just for you which is why it's not sitting in a warehouse ready to ship in an hour. Good things take a few days! :)
When will my order arrive?
  • US: 4–14 business days total (production + shipping), flat $8.
  • International: 10–30 business days total, with shipping calculated at checkout in your local currency. We'll email you a tracking link the moment it ships.

Why the wide range?

Because we make everything to order we ensure there is ample time for all products. Quick items like stickers turn around fast; made-to-order apparel takes a little longer. The range covers both of us. That way you have the correct expectations, and we have the right amount of time.
Where do you ship?

The US plus Canada, the UK, and most of the EU. If your country shows up at checkout, we ship there!
Will I get charged customs or import fees?

Possibly, on international orders, those are set by your destination country, and are the buyer's responsibility.

They're not included at checkout, and customs can occasionally hold a package, so factor that in.
How do the sizes run?

Our hoodies and tees run [true to size / a little oversized — pick yours].

Check the size guide on each product page before ordering! Getting the fit right the first time saves everybody a headache, since made-to-order items can't be returned for sizing.
How do I care for the print?

Read the description for each product. It will have "Care Instructions"! :)
Can I change or cancel my order?

Reach out FAST! Within 12 hours of ordering on the "Contact" page.

Once it's in production it's already being made just for you, so we usually can't pull it back after that.
Something's wrong with my order. Help?

If it shows up damaged, defective, or wrong, email us within 30 days with photos and we'll make it right.
